Booking Details For Private Parties
Once a booking date and times have been agreed, for the booking to be confirmed the following shall be provided by the hirer:
1. A booking form to cover each private booking;
2. 10% deposit (required to secure a room on any given date); and,
3. A bond, in accordance with the following:
All events with a hot food buffet, and 18th to 21st birthday : £100.00
All other private bookings : £50.00
Providing no excessive cleaning is required, and there is no damage, the Bond will be re-paid to the hirer after the event. In the event of a cancellation by the hirer then the bond will not be refunded. Please refer to our cancellation policy.* Room set up is tables and chairs put out in our standard set up formation.

This PDF contains the Booking Form and a Fire Register that will need to be completed and returned to WACA with your deposit and cash bond.
The PDF also contains our Terms & Conditions which you need to read and agree to by ticking the appropriate box on the Booking Form. Retain for information, details on Liquor Consumption, Cancellation Policy and GDPR Policy. The final sheet is a Guest List, which must be completed and returned two weeks before the event.
