Refundable Bond

For all private parties we require a refundable Bond of £150.00 to cover any exceptional damages or cleaning.

We will not bank this Bond but will hold it on file until after your event when, providing the room is left as you find it, the Bond will be returned to you.

We only accept cash or cheque payments.

Payment Terms

To secure your chosen room, we require a 10% deposit together with a completed booking form.

The balance is due one calendar month before your event. If you cancel your booking within 28 days of the event date then  the deposit will be forfeited.

Any cancellation before 28 days of the event then your deposit will be returned to you.

We only accept payments by cash or cheque.

Catering

We want your event to be a success. To help make your party as stress-free as possible, we can organise the catering.

Tell us what you would like, give us your budget and we will devise menu options accordingly.

Any food can be delivered at a time to suit you – the menus will include plates, cutlery and napkins, which may be disposable according to the type of catering.

Guest List

Please complete a guest list and hand it to Reception 10 days before your event.

In the unlikely event of an evacuation, the guest list will be used to carry out a roll call at the muster station.

You will be advised of the fire safety drill at the time of booking.

Room Capacity*

On the above floor plan where the room capacities are marked with an asterisk, this is for the maximum number of people we would recommend.

Although the rooms are officially rated greater than the numbers shown, that is based on theatre-style seating.

If in doubt, please ask one of our staff members who will advise you.
